Year 2 Adventure Evening Photos
Fri 21 Oct 2022Our Year 2s recently came back to school one Friday evening in the dark, and made the most of the outdoor space we are fortunate enough to have at Oakfield. The children ‘made’ their own small fires and toasted marshmallows (some looked a little more toasted than others!), made dens and went on a wildlife walk. Message from Mrs Hull
Fri 14 Oct 2022Dear Parent/Carers,
We have had a number of requests for children to be dismissed early in the afternoons to attend after school clubs. If your child has a medical appointment or has an exam as part of an afterschool club (ballet exam, piano exam etc) then we are happy that you pick up as a one off so your child can attend. We cannot however manage having children being picked up at different times during the afternoon so children can get to an afterschool club on time. School finishes at 3.10pm for our Foundation children and 3.15pm for KS1 and KS2.
Kind regards
Suzanne Hull

Years 1 & 2 Harvest Songs Performance Weds 19th Oct pm
Thu 13 Oct 2022Dear Parents/Carers,
Our Year 1 and Year 2 classes would like to share the Harvest songs that they have been learning, with parents next Wednesday (19th October) just before pick up. Please make your way to the school hall via the play ground just before 3pm. The performance, which will last 10ish minutes, will be a very casual affair but the children would really appreciate an audience to showcase to.
We look forward to seeing you there.
Warm regards
Suzanne Hull
