Oakfield are very proud to have received the School Games Platinum award. This is a government led scheme to reward schools for their commitment to the development of competition across their school and into the community.
At Oakfield, our children are extremely lucky to have so many opportunities to take part in extra sporting activities. Whilst we appreciate parent’s enthusiasm around their children taking part in sporting competitions and festivals, the criteria for choosing children for certain events are solely at the discretion of the school. The school ensures that all children have an opportunity to do at least one event/activity throughout the school year.
