Welcome to our School Sports page, where you will be able to find school sports news, details of activities and competitions, as well as pictures from recent sports events.
Oakfield are very proud to have received the Sainsbury's School Games Gold award. This is a government led scheme to reward schools for their commitment to the development of competition across their school and into the community.
At Oakfield, our children are extremely lucky to have so many opportunities to take part in extra sporting activities. Whilst we appreciate parent’s enthusiasm around their children taking part in sporting competitions and festivals, the criteria for choosing children for certain events are solely at the discretion of the school. The school ensures that all children have an opportunity to do at least one event/activity throughout the school year.
