Oakfield played a leading role within Windsor in the development of 'Wraparound Care' (dawn to dusk childcare including school holidays).  We have our own Breakfast and Tea Clubs, staffed by members of our Lunchtime Supervisor team and Teaching Assistants.

Breakfast Club operates daily during the term time, opening at 7.50am.  The children choose from a wide variety of cereals, yoghurt, fruit and toast for their breakfast, and enjoy a range of different activities each day.  Children may attend on a regular or an occasional basis.

Tea Club also operates daily during term time from the end of school until 5.30pm.  Children can either go straight into Tea Club after school, or they can attend an after school club first and then go on to Tea Club.  The Tea Club menu regularly includes a sandwich, yogurt, fruit and drink, with hot options occasionally on offer.

Please contact the school office (by email / phone / note or in person) to book your child in to breakfast and/or tea club.

If you are unable to pick up your child on time, please notify the After School Club by ringing the school office. We appreciate that there will be the occasional unavoidable emergency however should this begin to happen more frequently you will be charged a late fee. Late pick up after 5.30pm will be charged at £5 up to the first 10 minutes then £5 for every 5 minutes after that.
