Oakfield played a leading role within Windsor in the development of 'Wraparound Care' and the school recognises there is a need for care beyond the hours of the school day.

Both breakfast and tea club are run by our school staff daily in our school dining room.

Breakfast Club

Operates daily during the term time, opening at 7.50am.  The children choose from a wide variety of cereals, yoghurt, fruit and toast for their breakfast, and enjoy a range of different activities each day.

Costs (September 2025)

The sessional charge is £9 per child.

Ad-hoc sessional is £10 per child

The option to use childcare vouchers is available.

Tea Club

Tea club operates daily during term time from the end of school until 5.30pm.  Children can either go straight into Tea Club after school, or they can attend an after school club first and then go on to Tea Club.  The Tea Club menu regularly includes a sandwich, yogurt, fruit and drink, with hot options occasionally on offer.

Costs
The sessional charges are as followed:

3.15pm - 5.30pm - £15.00 (This includes a light tea)

3.15pm - 4.30pm - £9.00

4.30pm - 5.30pm - £10.00 (This includes a light tea)

All ad-hoc sessions will be charged a £1 admin fee to the daily rate.
